My PIN Code has been debited but my subscription has not taken effect. Why?

Check if your subscription has taken effect since you last looked:



  • Check the seller's website to confirm that the code has been applied

  • Check the date your subscription finishes and the time remaining on your subscription on the Manage your Account page.

  • Check the mail box in which you receive Ankama correspondence: you may have received a message confirming your subscription.
