ANKAMA ACCOUNT » My account's security » What is Phishing? » How can I recognise a phishing website?
If the site you are on contains a lot of spelling mistakes, if the layout is incoherent, if the site is only made up of a small number of pages, if what the website is offering seems too good to be true.
The way to find out for sure if the site is a phishing site is to check the url of the page, which you'll find in the navigation bar at the top of the window.
The following addresses are the only official urls you should follow:
- support.ankama.com
- www.dofus.com
- forum.dofus.fr, forum.dofus.com, forum.dofus.co.uk, forum.dofus.es, forum.dofus.de
- devblog.dofus.com
- www.wakfu.com
- forum.wakfu.com
- devblog.wakfu.fr
- www.dofus-arena.com
- forum.dofus-arena.com
You can contact Support if you think you've found a phishing website.
