Have the email address you used to create the account to hand. It doesn’t matter if you don’t use it anymore.

Find the date on which the account was created:

- It was on the email confirmation of your registration;

- Otherwise approximate the date of your first subscription.

Have a copy of your ID (passport, driver’s license, national photo ID)

For people living in Canada - we accept Canadian social security cards.

Create a new valid, secure and personal email address which has never been used to create an ANKAMA account. An address from your ISP is much more secure than other types.



Avoid email addresses from Yahoo because we have problems receiving messages from this group. You can create a free email address at, for example, http://www.laposte.net or http://www.gmail.com.
