For those most in need of protection… Shield activated!
Ankama has identified a number of DOFUS accounts whose security settings have been deemed insufficient. In order to prevent possible attacks, these accounts are now protected by the new DOFUS account security system. Ankama Shield has been activated on certain accounts for their own security.

Please attach a screenshot to help us proceed with the sanction.
Screenshots MUST comply with certain rules, otherwise the ticket will be rejected:
* It must contain the nickname of the player to allow identification – do this either by
- typing / whois name_or_character in the chat area
or
- left clicking on the character and selecting "Information"
* It must not be altered, defaced or cropped
* It must contain the entire DOFUS window.
* The information received from the command / Time must also be on the screen
These sanctions do not bring your character back to life, we cannot carry out a rollback (return to previous save).
Ensure that the player is multi-accounting and not just playing with friends.
TICKETS WHICH DO NOT CONCERN BOTH THE HEROIC SERVER AND A MULTIACCOUNT ATTACK WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
