The following news goes out to anyone who has had their password reset by Ankama due to the incident of July 29th, 2011. More specifically, it is for those who have recovered access to their account and do not need further help from support to access their account.

Information about the recent disconnections, lag, and server crashes
2011-04-08 12:24Since last Saturday, April 2nd, we have faced several successive cases of mass disconnections and unusually high latency on our servers, sometimes causing chain reactions which lead to some servers crashing, and, in unusual cases, data loss.
After the disturbances at our host last weekend, we first suspected that these problems were linked to a past disturbance within their architecture – as we communicated to you earlier – but our suspicions were diverted to another hypothesis, which we have recently confirmed.

Rollback for Zatoishwan, Aermyne and Nomekop servers
2010-08-25 15:28Following a problem during the afternoon of the 25th of August, the following DOFUS 2.0 servers will be rolled back to the data backup taken during the morning of the 25th of August.
Aermyne (rolled back to 11:00 CEST*)
Zatoishwan (rolled back to 11:10 CEST)
Nomekop (rolled back to 11:20 CEST)
Further information pertaining to this rollback (reallocation of subscription gifts etc.) will be posted as and when it becomes available.
