Please follow these steps:
I haven't received my subscription gift
It's possible that you have received your gift but you can't see it yet. First, allocate all the other gifts you have waiting. Your subscription gift is probably at the end.
If you still can't find your gift, please contact Support.
I would like to change my subscription gift
You can exchange your pet so long as you haven't yet allocated it to a character or opened the gift.
If this is the case and you want to change your pet, please contact Support.
