If you can’t remember your secret answer, you can change it in your Account management. A verification code will be sent by SMS, free of charge*, to the mobile phone number linked to the account. Once you have entered the code, you can change your secret question and answer.
Of course, this only works if you’ve entered your mobile number** in your Account management.
If you can’t make changes using the SMS service, you can contact us. It will be our pleasure to help you.
As you’re making changes to your account information, we will have you make sure you’re the account holder. Please attach a copy (scan or photo) of an official proof of ID to your request.
If the account is confirmed to be in your name, we will delete the old secret answer, which will enable you to add a new one.
* Not including any additional charges for receiving text messages from your telephone service provider.
** For safety reasons, you must wait a week between adding a new mobile number and changing your secret answer.
