I can't certify my account, why?

Certain inconsistencies on the account mean that we have not been able to certify it.

This could be due to several possible reasons:

  • You have signed in from a different country than usual (on holiday, etc.)
  • We suspect that your account has been stolen based on previous account activity
  • You have taken over an account which was not created by you
