First make sure you're still connected to the internet.
If you are, 99% of the time, relaunching the Updater will do the trick.
Is the issue unresolved? You can either:
- reinstall the game (without uninstalling it) after downloading the latest version from one of our websites;
- or refer to the error codes below:
Errors U04020025, U04020194 and U0402021A: The update server data appears to be out of sync
This type of error can occur if you try to launch the game when a maintenance or patch is underway (usually on Tuesdays). The error may also indicate a problem with our servers.
Please wait an hour and keep an eye on the forums. If the problem is affecting everybody, we will probably make an announcement soon.
If the problem persists despite waiting, please reinstall the game without uninstalling it first. That way, you will only reinstall missing or corrupted files.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our team by sending a ticket and selecting the “technical assistance” form.

First make sure you're still connected to the internet. Try to go to a website.
If the situation remains unchanged, refer to the error code and proceed as follows.
This is a proxy configuration problem on your system. Our Updater uses these settings. Please check the configuration.
- Go to the "Options" menu in the Updater.
- In the "Proxy" tab, select "No proxy".
This concerns an internet connection problem during the update. Please check the quality of your internet connection and the configuration of any proxies, firewalls and parental control software you may have.
Other error codes (U00000000, U04010400, etc.)
If you encounter an error message that is not described in the other sections (for example, U00000000 or U04010400), please restart the Updater.
If the problem continues, download the latest version of the game and install it, without uninstalling the version currently installed on your computer.
If your problem is still not resolved, it must be a specific error. You will therefore have to recover the logs (method explained here), then contact us via the "Technical Assistance" form.
