Error 403

Are you getting the 403 error code when you try to log in? 

 

You may be locked out for various reasons. We'll detail these below and provide a solution.

 

1. Use of a VPN or proxy was detected
 Using either of these is forbidden by our Terms of Use (article 4.1.7).

--> Disable your VPN/proxy in order to log in. 

 

2. Your browser is preventing you from logging in 

--> Try logging in with a "standard" browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

 

3. You're using one or more browser extensions, such as an ad blocker 

--> Disable the extensions and try logging in again. 

 

4. You tried logging in with the wrong username or password multiple times

--> Wait a bit before attempting to log in again.

 

5. You tried to log in to all of your accounts

--> Take your time logging in to each account at a time. 

 

If none of these reasons seem to apply, and you can't log in using another IP address, please submit a Support ticket – and be sure to include the Request ID shown in the error message.
