Pay with my paysafcard

If you are unable to pay with your prepaid Paysafecard, there are various reasons why your payment may have been refused:

- Technical issues: Wait a few minutes and try submitting the payment again. Try clearing your browser history, cache and cookies, or use another browser or another device.
- Network connection issues: Deactivate your IP masking software or your virtual private network and check your network connection.
- Errors with the 16-digit code: Your payment may be refused for insufficient funds on your 16-digit code or for use of an expired or previously used code.
- Incorrect 16-digit code: Certain 16-digit codes can only be used in specific online shops (offline merchants, merchants in a specific country). Be sure to check the terms and conditions when buying 16-digit codes to ensure you understand how they can be used.
- Payment limit reached: Click [here] to check the maximum amount for your country.
- myPaysafe limit reached: Click [here] to check these limits.
- Data mismatch: Verify that your personal data is the same as the information stored in your Ankama account and on myPaysafe.
- Mismatch between your Ankama account and myPaysafe: Be sure to use profiles (myPaysafe and Ankama shop) that you have previously used for successful transactions.

If the payment still doesn't work, we suggest that you retry your purchase with another payment method like PayPal or a bank card.
