The account name is the name you use to login. It is an "Account Name" or an email address, not the account nickname that's visible in-game.

Please provide us with an email address that you wish to link to your account(s). For any issue related to account theft or protection, kindly provide us with a new personal email address that has never been used on an Ankama account; otherwise, the processing time of your request may be significantly impacted.

Please write the reported account nickname(s) under this format ONLY: Nickname#1234,Nickname#2345,Nickname#3456 so your report can be taken into account (be careful, there is a comma but no spaces between the nicknames).
