Since update 2.73 of DOFUS, it is now possible to make your reports (excluding multi-accounts) directly in-game via a dedicated interface; more information by clicking here.
For DOFUS Retro, it's also happens directly in the game, via the reporting center (unless you're reporting multi-accounting on the single-account server).
You can also contact an in-game moderator if your issue is not a report of an infraction.

You can contact a moderator directly in the game, if they are connected at the same time as you and available.
