Ankama.zendesk.com does not let me log on
You are not able to log on to the Support website and you get the following error message:
This is a browser issue related to acceptance of cookies.
To solve this issue, please make sure that your browser allows third-party cookies, at least cookies from Zendesk.
In Chrome:
- Open Chrome on your Computer.
- In the top right corner, click on
(Customize and manage Google Chrome), then "Settings."
- Under the "Confidentiality and Security" section, click on:

Then allow cookies.
In Safari or on an iOS Device:
Sometimes transferring logins to the Support website with an iOS device or using the Safari browser does not work.
This is because the "Prevent cross-site tracking" option blocks certain types of data when redirecting a logon.
This setting is turned on by default, and users must turn it off manually to resolve the issue.
In Safari on Desktops:
- Go to the Safari button in the top right corner.
- Open Preferences > Configuration > Confidentiality.
- Make sure the "Prevent cross-site tracking" box is not checked.
On Mobile iOS Devices:
- Go to Settings > Application Safari.
- Turn off "Prevent cross-site tracking"
I receive a 404 error when I try to access a ticket
This message appears when you are logged on the Support site with an account, but you try to go to a ticket that was created with another assistance account.
Therefore, you must log off and log back on with the assistance account that created the ticket to be able to read Support's response.
I can't log in with my login ID
For security reasons, the assistance account you use to log in to the Support website is not supposed to have the same Login ID (email address + password) as your game account because they are two different accounts.
If you want to keep the same email address you use to log in to the game, please choose a different password.
