My transaction is being verified; what should I do?

We ask you to be patient while our teams study your transaction.

When you made your payment, a certain number of inconsistencies or anomalies appeared. As a security measure, we've blocked the transaction in order to study it manually.

During this verification period, which can last up to 24 hours, we will neither claim money nor deliver items and services. It is also not possible for the concerned account to make new payments during this period of time.

Once the verification is complete, a message will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. It will inform you of our team's decision. Please know:

  • If the verification shows that everything is in order, the transaction will be validated, and you'll receive your order normally.
  • If the verification confirms that the payment is not authorised, the transaction will be cancelled and the concerned account will be definitively banned.

This sanction is pursuant to article 4.7 of Ankama's General Conditions of Sale which is a vital part of our fight against fraud and identity theft.
