You got a new cellphone number after switching providers or losing your device in the confusion of a fight? Your number is outdated or you entered the wrong one a few years ago?
No worries! Let us help you change your cellphone number. You have two options.
Option 1: Change my cellphone number through my account management page
Since this information is crucial to your account, changing your cellphone number is subject to certain restrictions.
Some players can modify their own cellphone number directly from the account management page. Based on several factors, we assess the security level of the player's connection and authorize the change (or not).
If your account is eligible, an "edit" icon (see below) will allow you to modify your cellphone number.
A security code will be sent to the email address linked to the account. Enter it and follow the steps to finalize the process.
Option 2: Contact support
If you are unable to change your cellphone number directly, please contact Ankama Support. They'll be happy to help you out.
We will ask you to include a scan or photo of an official form of identification to your request, so our team will be able to assist you.
Once our team verifies that you are the account owner, we will delete the old cell number so you can add a new mobile phone number.
