Ankama provides an SMS assistance service to: recover your Ankama account login details (account name and password); unblock your account in the event of a problem with your account protection (Shield or Authenticator); or block your account if you think it's been stolen.
If you want to do one of these three things, you will be sent a verification code by SMS for free* at the phone number recorded on your account. It's easy and very safe!
Of course, you need to have already saved a valid mobile phone number in your account management section.

If the SMS service isn't available in your country, please submit a request with Support specifying that you'd like to be able to use the service. We'll do our best to extend coverage.
