If your support request concerns access to your Ankama account or changes to the account information, we need to ensure that you are the rightful account holder. Support may also verify this as part of Ankama's anti-fraud efforts.
The most reliable way to identify yourself is to send a copy (scan or photo) of official proof of identity.
This is simply for security purposes. Ankama systematically deletes attachments associated with requests.

It is important that you send us a high-quality copy so that we can check its information carefully. A high-quality copy shows the full document, clearly in color in high resolution.
Your files are hosted on our secure servers while we handle your request and will be deleted immediately afterwards in order to protect your personal data.
How do I send my ID?
When you create or respond to a request you can attach an item or several items by clicking on the "Add file" button.
You can send us your documents in JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF, BMP and GIF formats.
We delete completely these documents once the request is resolved in order to ensure that your data remains confidential.
