[DOFUS] Auto-Renew

Would you like your purchase to renew automatically? It's now possible with the Auto-Renew feature.

What is auto-renew?

When you buy an item in the shop using auto-renew, your order will automatically renew on the anniversary date of your initial order, for your item's specified period.

For your information, your card information is stored on our payment processor's secure servers in order to debit your bank card and renew your subscription for the desired period.

When will my order renew?

Your order will renew automatically on the anniversary date of your initial order, for your item's specified period.

For example, if you buy a 6-month DOFUS subscription pack with auto-renew on December 12, 2024, it will automatically renew on June 12, 2025.

Special case: Your order is placed on the last day of the month.

If your first order was placed on the 31st day of the month and renewal is due to take place during a 30-day month, your order will renew on that 30th day of that month.

If your first order was placed on the last day of the month (29th, 30th, or 31st) and your order's next renewal is due to take place in February, renewal will take place on February 28 (or February 29 if it is a leap year).

When will I be debited?

Your bank account will be debited 24 to 48 hours before your order automatically renews.

Will I receive an email to let me know my order will renew?

You will be sent an email letting you know the deadline for canceling the automatic renewal of your order if it renews every three months or more.
For example, an email will be sent for 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year DOFUS subscription packs, but not for 1-month packs.

How do I add or replace the saved bank card?

You cannot link a new bank card to an ongoing auto-renewing payment.

  • If your bank card has expired, please make your purchase in the shop again.
  • If you would like to replace your saved bank card, please cancel your ongoing auto-renewing order and make your purchase in the shop again. Future payments will then be made using your new payment method.

What to do if my payment failed?

Did you just receive an email saying your payment failed?

Your bank card linked to your auto-renewing purchase has probably expired or, unfortunately, your bank may have rejected payment for a reason entirely at its discretion (insufficient funds, payment limit reached, network issues, etc.).

Please make your purchase in the shop again.

Auto-renew and multi-accounting

In certain rare cases, your banking institution's security filters may not allow multiple subscriptions to be renewed on the same day with the same merchant. If you run into this issue, try spacing out when you enroll your various accounts in auto-renew (say, three accounts per day).

If you prefer to enroll all your accounts at once, we recommend contacting your banking institution to make sure that, when your subscriptions expire, their renewal won't be blocked by the bank's security filters.

Ankama and its payment partners cannot do anything about banking institutions' security filters, as these vary from one bank to another.

How can I stop auto-renewing my order?

You may stop auto-renewing your order in your account management space up to 48 hours before the next payment deadline. Cancellation will be effective immediately, except for subscriptions for which cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period.

Once the cancellation request has been made, you will be sent an email at the email address linked to your account to confirm that the cancellation has been processed.
Your bank details will be deleted automatically.

Can I place more than one auto-renewing order with the same account?

Yes, more than one auto-renewing order can be active on the same account.

Please note that placing a new auto-renewing order automatically cancels any existing auto-renewing order on your account if both orders relate to the same type of item (e.g., two subscriptions, regardless of validity period).

How do auto-renewing DOFUS subscription packs work?

Would you like your DOFUS subscription to renew automatically and for you to be rewarded for your loyalty with Loyalokens? It's now possible with the auto-renewing DOFUS packs!

What are Loyalokens?

Loyalokens are tokens for you to pick and buy cosmetics directly in the game.

Where can I find my Loyalokens?

Your Loyalokens are linked to your account and available in your in-game gift interface.
Assign them to the character of your choice, and they will appear in your in-game inventory as quest items.

Once transferred, you can no longer transfer them to another character.

How do I use my Loyalokens?

To trade them in for the cosmetics of your choice, go see the NPC Loya Loken in Astrub at [5,-17].

How do I change my subscription plan?

If you want to change your subscription period, you must place a new order. The new order will cancel the existing auto-renewing order.

Any days remaining from your old subscription at the time of its cancellation will be added to your new subscription.

How will the Loyaloken shop change over time?

The Loyaloken shop offers the same cosmetics as those available with classic subscription packs. For example, in a 6-month pack with auto-renew, you receive enough Loyalokens (and even a few more!) to acquire cosmetic rewards equivalent to those offered with the classic 6-month subscription pack, if you want.

To ensure you have a wide choice, the Loyaloken shop offers cosmetics from both current and previous packs. When classic subscriptions are updated, the Loyaloken shop will offer the new cosmetic rewards, and the oldest line will rotate out of the Loyaloken shop.

Please note that the Loyaloken shop won't contain event pack rewards. If in doubt, you can check out the Loyaloken shop before taking out an auto-renewing subscription plan by visiting the NPC Loya Loken in Astrub at [5,-17].
