My account has an active subscription; could my characters still be deleted?
Yes, all characters, on any server (except Draconiros and Shadow), regardless of subscription status, level, or play time, will be deleted if they haven't been logged in since August 19, 2019.
I've logged in with one character out of the five I have on my server; is that enough for all of them to be saved?
No, each character functions individually – so if you want to keep them all, you'll have to log them in one at a time. Applicable character(s) will be deleted, and we won't be able to restore them!
How do I find out if my character will be deleted?
Firstly, you received an email newsletter with a list of affected characters and the nickname#1234 of the account these characters are on.
And starting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, an icon will appear in the server selection and in the character selection
If my character is deleted, the restoration service or Support will be able to restore my character, right?
Wrong! Once the character has been deleted, there will be no way for Support or even the game teams to restore them.
My account has characters that might be deleted, but I can't access the account! What can I do?
