If you're trying to log in to your account and encounter the following error message "Login not allowed: Your IP address is hidden", the action is blocked because you are using a VPN, proxy or some other method that anonymizes (hides) your IP address.
To regain access to your account and our games, please deactivate it and log in normally.
Remember that the use of proxies/VPNs is strictly forbidden in our Terms of Use. Failure to comply with this provision exposes you to possible sanctions.
Can I use cloud gaming services like Shadow?
To play our games, we allow cloud gaming services such as the Shadow virtual machine.
However, given how this virtual machine operates, you run the risk of being blocked from logging in for security reasons if you use it. The same error message may appear: "Login not allowed: your IP address is hidden."
If this happens, please log in with your own device because Support is unable to help with this issue.
