How do I create my account?

Do you want to check out our games but you can't finalize creating your account?

These are all the steps to follow:

Step 1: Go to the game website.

Step 2: Click on the "Registration" button.

Step 3:

- Enter the requested information.

- Then click "Complete Registration".

Your account is now 90% created.

An email activation request is then sent to your email address to confirm your registration.

Step 4: Confirm your registration.

Your account is now 100% created. 

If you don't confirm your registration, the following error message will appear the next time you try to log in: "You haven't activated your account yet".

Step 5: Read the second email you will have received – it's important!

It contains important information about your account:

- the login giving you access to all of Ankama's universes,

- how to prevent the risk of theft,

- links to download the game,

- links to the forums and social networks.

Step 6: Download the game.

In this email, click the game button of your choice.

Error:"You haven't activated your account yet"

Your account is now 90% created.

An email activation request to confirm your registration was sent to the email address provided when creating the account.

Please activate your email address to start playing.
