Houses
If the owner has not logged into the server with at least one character from the account for 6 months (180 days), the house becomes “abandoned.”
- A house becomes “abandoned” when it is an instance that will be deleted after 30 days.
- A house becomes “abandoned (soon to be sold)” when it is an instance that will be put back up for sale at the indicated price after 30 days.
WARNING:
- The house is lost on the 180th day without a connection to the server by the owner’s account, whether due to the player’s absence or the account being banned.
- Entering a house with an account that does not own it does not reset the countdown before the house is abandoned.
When a house is put back up for sale:
- The contents of any chests in the house (items, kamas) are transferred to the house's former owner's bank.
- The house's base value in kamas is credited to its former owner's bank.
Support does not intervene in the loss of houses. Nor can it reallocate a lost house in the event of a prolonged absence.
Lost house instances are permanently deleted and they cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Verifications about availability take place every hour, so you can buy a house at any time.
As a reminder:
1 month = 30 days
3 month = 90 days
6 month = 180 days
1 year = 360 days
Houses
If the owner has not logged on to the server with at least one character on the account in the last 3 months (90 days), then the house is immediately put back up for sale (or deleted if it is an instance).
WARNING:
- The house is lost on the 90th day without a connection to the server by the owner’s account, whether due to the player’s absence or the account being banned.
- Entering a house with an account that does not own it does not reset the countdown before the house is abandoned.
When a house is put back up for sale:
- The contents of any chests in the house (items, kamas) are transferred to the house's former owner's bank.
- The house's base value in kamas is not credited to its former owner's bank.
Paddocks
Paddocks are put back up for sale (or deleted if they are instances) after 3 months (90 days) with no login by any member of the guilds to which they belong.
When a paddock is put back up for sale:
- Any breeding items present in the paddock are not transferred to the bank of the guild leader (the one holding that rank at the time of the sale).
- Any mounts present in the paddock are not transferred to their owners' stables.
- The paddock's base value in kamas is not credited to the bank of the guild leader (the one holding that rank at the time of the sale).
Paddocks are associated with guilds; if the leader of a guild leaves the guild, they lose the paddocks.
Support does not intervene in the loss of houses and/or paddocks. Nor can it reallocate a lost house or paddock in the event of a prolonged absence.
Lost house or paddock instances are permanently deleted and they cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Abandoned houses and paddocks are automatically put up for sale every few hours.
As a reminder:
1 month = 30 days
3 month = 90 days
6 month = 180 days
1 year = 360 days
Abandoned houses and paddocks are put up for sale on the first Tuesday of every month during the weekly maintenance.
Houses
If the owner has not logged on to the server with at least one character on the account in the last 3 months (90 days), then the house is deemed abandoned after 1 month (30 days), but it is not put up for sale until after 2 months (60 days) without the owner logging in to the server.
WARNING:
- The house is lost on the 30th day without a connection to the server by the owner’s account, whether due to the player’s absence or the account being banned.
Paddocks
Paddocks are deemed abandoned after 1 month (30 days) of not being used by the guild members who own them, but they are not put up for sale until after a total of 2 months (60 days) of not being used.
When a paddock is put back up for sale:
- Any breeding items in the paddock are transferred to the guild leader's bank.
- Any mounts present in the paddock are transferred to their owner's stable.
- The paddock's base value in kamas is credited to the guild leader's bank.
Paddocks are associated with guilds; if the leader of a guild leaves the guild, they lose the paddocks.
If the leader had bought the paddocks, but then leaves the guild and the paddocks are put up for sale or abandoned, the kamas from the sale will be put into the bank of the current guild leader at the time of the sale.
The same principle applies to any items in the paddock; they will be sent to the bank of the current leader at the time of the sale.
Support does not intervene in the loss of houses and/or paddocks. Nor can it reallocate a lost house or paddock in the event of a prolonged absence.
Lost house or paddock instances are permanently deleted and they cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
The random delay after server maintenance for houses and paddocks to be progressively put back up for sale is between 4 and 24 hours.
