Following the influx of players for the launch of DOFUS 3.0, please take note of these known issues, identified since the launch of DOFUS 3.0.
-
You purchased cosmetic items that you learned directly on your character, and you can no longer find these items.
There was a change with the update and the transition to version 3.0 of our game. You now have two sections in your inventory: "Equipment" and "Collection". The "Equipment" section of your inventory contains your items, consumables, resources, quest items, and the cosmetics you just purchased.
When you double-click on the cosmetics in your inventory, they are moved to the cosmetics "Collection", which is also available directly in your inventory above the model of your character.
Once learned, these cosmetics are therefore present in this new interface, allowing you to equip them as you wish to customize your character.
You can consult the devblog on this subject for more information.
-
You lost your cosmetic items after a server transfer.
The cosmetics in your cosmetics collection are linked to the server where you initially played. If you did not send the cosmetic items back to your inventory for the transfer, then they stayed on your original server.
- To remedy this, we invite you to create a new character and renew your transfer via the transfer service in the shop.
You can also check this FAQ for more details and consult the restrictions on inter-server transfers.
-
I can't locate my purchases.
You can access your gift interface directly in the game by pressing the keyboard shortcut "R", and on the Purchases/Codes/Gifts tab.
-
I initiated a refund request with my bank / opened a PayPal dispute and my account got banned.
We understand that it can be frustrating not to get all of your purchases immediately on your server in order to be able to use them. However, we strongly urge you NOT to initiate a dispute or contest a payment with your bank in the event of a duplicate or anomaly following your purchase.
Your account will be automatically suspended until the amount of your purchase is regularized if your purchase has been used.
Only reimbursements made by Support agents do not result in any sanctions.

How do I use my Color Change Potion?
Once the potion is in your inventory, you can double-click on it to change you character's colors.
You have two options:- Modify an existing color palette: This changes the colors of the selected palette, but will overwrite the previously saved colors on this palette.
- Create a new color palette: You can add a new palette by clicking on the "plus" button without affecting the ones that already exist.
