[WAKFU] Reporting a WAKFU Bug

Have you found a bug that you want to report?

Before contacting us, make sure it isn't a simple display issue.

If it's an item- or spell-related bug, be sure to read the description carefully first. Check with other players in the game or on the forums to make sure you understand the intended spell effect. Sometimes what seems like a bug is an effect intended by the game designers. 

If you are faced with an actual bug, please contact us by choosing the "Report an issue" form.

 

Provide as much information as possible so that it can be reproduced so that Support can analyze the issue more fully and pass on the bug report to our testing and development teams.

This information will vary based on the type of bug encountered.

If a video is requested and your operating system doesn't have a screen recording feature or if you don't know how to record your screen, please search internet for helpful information on how to do so.

If the video is exceeds the size limit for attachments, you can host it on an external site and send us a link to it. Please note that if you set the video to private, we won't be able to watch it.

Combat-Related Bugs

If the bug occurred during a fight, please describe the actions that led to this issue (be as specific as possible), and include the following information:

  • One or more video(s) showing the fight, with the combat chat channel visible at all times.
  • A bug report, generated via the "Report a bug or a problem" button, found in the menu that pops up when you press the Esc key.
  • A screenshot of the end-of-fight interface (if applicable).
  • A link to a recent topic about it on the forum (if possible).

 

Item-Related Bugs

For item-related bugs, please specify:

1. The names of the items affected by the issue.

2. The problem you encountered.

3. Any actions you took that caused you to encounter this issue. Please provide as much detail as possible.

 

Please also send the following:

  • One or more screenshot(s) or video(s) showing the issue.
  • A bug report, generated via the "Report a bug or a problem" button, found in the menu that pops up when you press the Esc key.
  • A link to a recent topic about it on the forum (if possible).

 

Quest-Related Bugs

For quest-related bugs, please specify:

  • The name of the quest affected by the issue.
  • The exact point and step in the quest where the problem occurs.
  • The actions you took in this quest that caused you to encounter this issue. Please provide as much detail as possible.

Please also send the following:

  • One or more screenshot(s) of the quest book, open to the page of the quest affected by the issue.
  • One or more video(s) showing the actions you performed and those you need to do to progress in the quest.
  • One or more screenshot(s) or video(s) showing the items in your inventory that you need to progress in the quest. We also need to see the tooltip with the name for each item.
  • A bug report, generated via the "Report a bug or a problem" button, found in the menu that pops up when you press the Esc key.
  • A link to a recent topic about it on the forum (if possible).

 

Other Types of Bugs

Please specify:

  1. The problem you encountered and what happened.
  2. The expected outcome and what you were trying to do.
  3. The steps to follow to reproduce your situation.

Please also send the following:

  • A bug report, generated via the "Report a bug or a problem" button, found in the menu that pops up when you press the Esc key.
