How long until I receive my order?
The delivery time for an order depends on the country you live in, your method of payment and the delivery method chosen. Ankama Shop sends your order maximum 72 hours after receiving your payment, and then you need to add the time taken by La Poste:
- 48 hours within metropolitan France
- 4 to 8 days to other countries
The Ankama Shop service does not send orders until payment is received.
