How to make sure I received my Ogrines/Goultines
There are several ways for you to see if you've received your Ogrines/Goultines:
- In the in-game Shop or on the game website (except for DOFUS Touch)
- In the in-game Shop or on the game website\n2/ In your account management or on the game website, by clicking your nickname at the top right of the screen
If the Ogrines/Goultines you purchased don't appear, first refresh the website, or log out of the game and log back in, then wait a few minutes.
KE – I had kamas withdrawn but didn't receive any Ogrines.
When an offer of Ogrines is completed (fully purchased) or canceled the moment you decide to accept the offer, your kamas are put in reserve, and after a short time, they are redistributed to your Kama Exchange with the status "pending".
The same applies if you try to respond to the offer that no longer exists by manually changing the exchange rate for the trade you're attempting to make.
To improve your chances for future offers, please:
- Clear your web browser's cache and cookies
- Log back in to the Kama Exchange
- Instead of choosing the most attractive offers, give priority to those farther down the list
- Avoid changing the rate when using the "Exchange" search tool.
