 Shipments go out Monday to Friday.

Regardless of your chosen delivery method, we promise to ship your package 24 hours (Monday to Friday) after your order, excluding special operations, sale items, and preorders.

 If the postal service commits to delivery within 48 hours and your package did not reach you within four working days, please contact us directly atthis address.

Your parcel is delivered to you personally or in your mailbox. If it is too big to be delivered to a mailbox, it will held for you to collect at your local post office. You will have 10 working days from the arrival of the parcel at the post office to collect it. After that, it will be returned to the sender. In all cases, you will be informed by email 24 hours before your parcel is delivered.

The indicative delivery time frame is between 48 and 72 hours.
These delivery times do not apply if your order contains a preordered item. If it does, all your items will be delivered once the preordered item is in stock.

All deliveries are hand deliveries and must be signed for from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery is before 1 p.m. the next day with Chrono 13, or the following day with Chrono Relais in mainland France depending on the time you place your order.
